You do not need authority to change how things are pushed forward. You could be Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, or even Nobody...
The story of some company.
There were four people: Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody became angry about that, because it was Everybody’s responsibility.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but nobody relized that Nobody would actually do it.
In the end, Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
Who you want to be?
Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody…

Take Leadership Without Authority (LWA).
Change your daily happiness by leading, Nobody has givven you the authority, but Everybody will appreciate your leading.
…but, The most important thing is that You realize that you are no longer Somebody, You become the Leader.
